Product Description
Smart Cash Note is a fairly robust investment product for investors who are looking to pursue a certain return on the premise of principal protection, providing investors with an investment method that effectively manages cash in the short term. The investment mechanism is similar to current savings and terms can be set on a daily, three-month, six-month and one-year basis.

Product Description
For participation investment in different underlyings, Guotai Junan issues Participating Notes to customers. As a result, the customer pays the note fee while obtaining the same benefits as investing in the underlyings. In other words, by investing in notes, customers can invest in overseas funds, private equity, convertible bonds, etc. According to the specific conditions of each project, Guotai Junan may also provide a financing plan.

1. Customers who are investing through QDII funds and are subject to QDII investment guidelines.
2. Hope to participate in overseas private placement (PE) projects through Guotai Junan, and increase the proportion of participation.
Product Description
Leverage Note is a derivative product. The holder of the note buys the leverage note with the principal, obtains the underlying asset after leverage, and pays financing interest. The issuer has no recourse and the maximum loss of the note holder is not more than the principal.

1. Customers who hold the principal and hope to fund the underlying asset
2. Customers who hold the underlying asset and hope to get financing
Product Description
Total Return Swap is swap agreements under ISDA. The counterparty of the transaction pledges stocks through swaps to obtain financing and pay financing interest. Compared with traditional margin and leveraged instruments, total return swap has lower financing costs and higher leverage. If there are multiple swap contracts, the contract value can be netted. The terms of the income swap contract are determined by the two parties in the transaction. The transaction terms can be customized according to customer needs, which is more flexible than buying and selling stocks directly in the secondary market.
