We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain
and Smart Contract Engineer to join our innovative and rapidly growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in developing, deploying, and
maintaining decentralized solutions with a passion for blockchain technology,
DeFi, and Web3. You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure
smart contracts, contributing to the architecture of decentralized applications
(dApps), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact blockchain
products.
Design, develop,
test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchains such as Ethereum, Solana, or
other EVM-compatible chains.
Build and
maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and related backend services.
Audit, optimize,
and document smart contracts to ensure security, gas efficiency, and
maintainability.
Stay up to date
with blockchain trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with
product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define, design, and
deliver new features.
Participate in
code reviews, security assessments, and troubleshooting of blockchain-related
issues.
Integrate smart
contracts with web frontends and off-chain systems using APIs and oracles.
Contribute to open-source
projects and engage with the broader crypto community as required.
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related
field (advanced degrees are a plus).
3+ years of
experience in blockchain development, including hands-on smart contract
programming.
Proficiency in
Solidity and/or Rust; familiarity with Vyper, Go, or other blockchain-oriented
languages is a strong plus.
Deep
understanding of blockchain protocols, standards, and consensus mechanisms.
Experience with
web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie,
Anchor, etc.).
Strong knowledge
of cryptographic principles, security best practices, and smart contract
vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with
DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2 solutions, and DAO infrastructures.
Experience in
using version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work
independently in distributed and multicultural teams.
