• Product risk parameters daily monitoring and periodic reports.

• Familiar with Bloomberg AIM CMGR related functions.

• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to asset management.

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of investment activities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

• Provide compliance training and support to staff and management.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and the board.

• Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices.

• University Degree in any discipline with strong academic results.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

• CFA FRM exam passed preferred. ESG related test passed preferred.

• Meticulous, with an eye for detail and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Hard worker and “start-up” mentality is a must. Continual learning is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.
