The 2021 Management Trainee Program of Guotai Junan International("GTJAI") is the company’s response to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s initiative to encourage companies to support the employment of university graduates. Through various on-the-job trainings, graduates can understand the financial industry knowledge and learn first-line industry and management practices, and also gain experience to cultivate their team spirit, communication skills, analysis and problem solving skills. On the other hand, the plan will consolidate Guotai Junan’s international talent pool and echelon, inject fresh blood, and enhance the market competitiveness of Guotai Junan’s team. The 2021 trainee program will last for 6 months. As of the end of November, a total of 30 outstanding graduates were recruited from Hong Kong University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Columbia University and Fordham University, and many other well-known universities in Hong Kong and the world.

On the other hand, GTJAI will continue to devote itself to cultivating young talents with comprehensive development experience and management capabilities. The company's 2022 management trainee program application has been completed at the end of October, and the trainees are expected to start in the second half of 2022. The 2022 plan will be extended to 2 years, and the requirements for applicants include good school results, job search experience in the relevant financial industry, and strong analysis and problem-solving skills. At that time, management trainees will have the opportunity to rotate in different departments, so as to obtain opportunities to develop diversified skills, comprehensive on-the-job training, professional skills development, access to mainland China and overseas business (depending on business needs) channels, and fast careers Road, continuous professional development with the support of the company, long-term and diverse career development opportunities provided by different business departments.
